VISION
Industrialize the evaporite deposits in Bolivia’s salt flats to supply the international community in a responsible manner, particularly with lithium, by means of sustainable, public, social and integrated industrial projects that contribute to regional, departmental and national development, respect the environment, the law and the rights of indigenous peoples, and create employment, value added, wealth and sovereignty.

MISSION
Develop technology in Bolivia to industrialize the brine in Bolivia’s salt flats, to produce lithium in particular; train Bolivian technicians and professionals in the treatment, production and sale of high quality lithium, potassium, boron and magnesium products with high value added.
Develop a national, publicly-owned inorganic chemical factory complex to industrialize the brine in the country’s salt flats, particularly Uyuni and Coipasa.
